This site is operated by Padel House Richmond ("we", "us") to share information about our forthcoming London club and to let you register your interest. By using the site you accept these terms.

Registering your interest does not create a membership, booking, or contract of any kind. It only means we will contact you by email about the club's launch, membership offers, and related events. You can ask us to remove your details at any time.

Please only submit your own details, and keep them accurate. We may remove entries that appear to be spam, duplicates, or submitted without the person's consent.

Any founding-member offers, giveaways, or competitions advertised on this site are subject to their own terms, which will be published alongside the offer. Where no separate terms are published, offers are non-transferable, have no cash alternative, and can be withdrawn at any time before you have joined the club.

The Padel House name, logo, photography, and site design are owned by us and may not be reproduced without permission.

The site is provided on an as-is basis. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
