This site is operated by Padel House Richmond ("we", "us", "our"), based in London, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal information you submit through this site. You can reach us at info@danielchappell.co.uk.

When you register your interest, we collect:

• Your name and email address
• Your UK postcode (used to plot demand on a private admin map)
• Optionally, your phone number, playing level, and how you heard about us

We do not use advertising cookies. We only set the minimum functional storage required to keep the site working.

• To contact you about the launch of Padel House Richmond, membership offers, and events you asked to hear about.
• To understand where demand for the club is strongest in London.
• To respond to enquiries you send us.

We do not sell your personal data or share it with advertisers.

We process your details on the basis of your consent when you submit the registration form, and on our legitimate interests in planning and marketing the launch of the club. You can withdraw consent at any time.

We keep registration details until the Richmond club has opened and you have decided whether to become a member, or until you ask us to delete your data — whichever comes first.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email info@danielchappell.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

We use Lovable Cloud (backed by Supabase) to store registrations, and postcodes.io to convert UK postcodes into approximate coordinates for our internal map. These providers process data on our behalf under standard data-processing terms.
